Reservations: Reservations can be made online or by phone. All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend that you make reservations in advance to ensure availability. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full fare.
Payments: All fares must be paid in advance or at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, and payment can be made online or over the phone. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any declined or invalid credit card transactions.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the fare and is at the discretion of the client. Clients may choose to leave a gratuity for the driver in cash or on the credit card used to pay for the fare.
Liability: 5Staride is not liable for any lost or stolen items, including but not limited to luggage, personal belongings, or electronic devices. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items are accounted for before leaving the vehicle. 5Staride is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents that occur during transportation services.
Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner while using 5Staride services. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical violence, or drug use, will result in immediate termination of the transportation service and may be subject to legal action.
Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the state of California.
